𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | Academic, extracurricular achievers honored at Recognition Rites

IGUIG, Cagayan—Vicente D. Trinidad National High School (VDTNHS) celebrated the outstanding achievements of its Grade 7, 8, 9, and 11 students at a Recognition Rites ceremony held on Friday in the VDTNHS Multipurpose Hall.
The event highlighted both academic excellence and the dedication of students involved in various extracurricular activities.
Parents, teachers, and fellow students
gathered to applaud the hard work and perseverance demonstrated by these young
achievers throughout the school year.
The
Multipurpose Hall was filled with pride as students, parents, teachers, and
school administrators celebrated and honored the academic awardees for the
school year 2024-2025.
The
ceremony commenced with an invocation and the singing of the national anthem,
followed by inspiring opening remarks delivered by each Grade Level Head
Teacher: Mrs. Florites Liquigan for Grade 9, Mrs. Emerita Marzan for Grade 8,
Mr. Christopher Perez for Grade 7, and Mr. Christopher Masirag, the Senior High
School Coordinator.
Grade
by grade, students with exemplary academic records were called to the stage.
Their achievements included the distinction of "With Honors," awarded
to students who achieved an average grade of 90-94%, and "High
Honors," recognized for those who reached an outstanding average of
95-97%.
Beyond academics, the Recognition Rites also celebrated the diverse talents and skills of students who excelled in extracurricular activities.
Awards were given to
students who demonstrated exceptional performance in areas such as Sports,
Clubs and Organizations, Boy and Girl Scouts, and Journalism.
